Aimee completed her educational studies at Georgia Southwestern State University with an Associate of Science in Nursing in 1992, then completed her Bachelor of Nursing at University of Missouri/Kansas City in 2010 and then her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner through Walden University in 2017.
Although a native of Laurens County, Aimee started her nursing career in the Neonatal ICU at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany. Moving back to the Middle Georgia area a few years later, Aimee served as the Neonatal Transport Coordinator, as well as, the Assistant Director of the 56 bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (1997-2012), then as Nursing Director (2012-2016) at the Medical Center Navicent Health. Aimee began working with us as one of our full time Nurse Practitioners in April 2017.
Aimee and husband Brad are proud parents of 3 children; Brooke, Bailee, and Evan. During Aimee’s spare time she enjoys her kid’s events, quiet dates with her husband, attending Georgia Bulldogs sports events, cooking, church events, and reading.
